Operations Manager

Overview We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient inventory management, and team leadership. Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day operations; i.e. incoming/outgoing mail, issues general checks for payments of rent, utilities, supplies, outside suppliers/vendors, etc. Issues all paperwork for movement of parts to suppliers and prepares shipping documents for completed parts and assemblies for shipment to customers. Prepares paperwork for our assembly, test and inspection, as required. Receives all request for quotations and prepares cost estimates for parts and outside processes, as needed. Responsible for scheduling maintenance, purchases all supplies, parts needed for our assembly and processes. Reports to the owner.
