Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the company and report directly to the Founder & CEO - Oversee import and export activities, suppliers, and shipments - Coordinate with freight companies (Maersk, Hapag-Lloyd, CMA CGM) and business partners - Track orders, inventory, and deliveries - Support business growth and manage the operations team Requirements: - Experience in import/export, logistics, or business operations management - Strong organization and communication skills - Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks - French is a strong advantage (business with Côte d'Ivoire) Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
