Operations Manager Thirteen7 Hospitality | Houston, TX Thirteen7 Hospitality is seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our growing hospitality portfolio, including Goodies HTX, Goodies Soul Kitchen, and Birds & Buns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and experienced in restaurant operations, team leadership, and project management. Key Responsibilities: Restaurant Development: Oversee the final stages of restaurant construction, coordinating contractors, vendors, and opening preparations. Restaurant Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations, staffing, training, service standards, inventory, and overall operational efficiency. Food Truck Operations: Oversee multiple food truck operations, ensuring consistent food quality, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and profitability. Financial Oversight: Monitor labor costs, food costs, operational expenses, and performance across all locations. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage employees while establishing accountability, operational procedures, and performance expectations. Operational Growth: Develop systems and processes that support expansion, improve efficiency, and maintain consistent brand standards. Qualifications: Previous management experience in restaurants or multi-unit hospitality operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and operational projects. Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
