Operations Manager - DTC Outbound

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct to consumer operations understanding inventory control, productivity, warehouse area management, and team leadership. Utilize warehouse management and order management systems to run an efficient area each day Duties: - Assist our associate GM in managing all areas in the outbound area of the facility to ensure orders are meeting service requirements and are processed efficiently. - Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities - Utilize warehouse management systems for efficient operations - Lead and motivate a team of warehouse temp and permanent staff - Implement and optimize e-commerce fulfillment processes - Ensure proper materials handling and storage procedures - Supervise shipping and receiving operations - Collaborate with 3PL partners for seamless logistics Requirements: - Proven experience in warehouse management and supervision - Proficiency in using warehouse management systems - Strong knowledge of inventory control practices - Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment operations - Excellent team management and communication skills - Ability to handle material handling equipment safely - Prior experience in shipping and receiving processes is preferred - Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus - This role works a mandatory Sunday - Thursday, or Saturday - Wed work schedule This position offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.
