We are looking for a driven and strategic Operations Manager to lead parking operations and make a meaningful impact on our communities and clients.

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize on-street and off-street parking operations within your assigned area. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Parking Operations Management:

• Develop and implement parking policies, enforcement strategies, and operational procedures
   
• Manage metered zones, permit areas, and loading zones
   
• Collaborate with municipalities, law enforcement, and transportation agencies
   

 Revenue & Performance Optimization:

• Analyze data to improve revenue collection and operational efficiency
   
• Develop pricing strategies and monitor compliance with payment systems
   

 Technology & Innovation:

• Oversee parking technology (meters, pay-by-phone, LPR systems, digital platforms)
   
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operations
   

 Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to local regulations and ordinances
   
• Conduct audits and inspections of parking infrastructure
   

 Community Engagement:

• Build relationships with stakeholders, businesses, and community groups
   
• Lead outreach initiatives and public education efforts
   

 Leadership & Team Development:

• Recruit, train, and lead field teams
   
• Set performance goals and support employee development 

Work Environment:

• Combination of office and field work
   
• Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
   
• Local travel for site visits and community engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Transportation, or related field (preferred)
   
• Experience in parking operations, transportation, or municipal services
   
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with parking technologies (meters, LPR, digital payments)
