Operations Manager

BVI Sugaring is a well-established beauty and wellness studio with more than a decade of excellence in sugaring, laser hair removal, skincare, and advanced aesthetic services. We are known for our warm environment, high professional standards, and exceptional guest care.

We are searching for a Daily Operations Manager who embodies professionalism, maturity, and a genuine passion for creating an elevated client experience.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

✔ Must be 20 years of age or older
✔ Minimum 1 year experience in beauty, wellness, spa, hospitality, or customer service
✔ Professional appearance and polished communication
✔ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
✔ Experience supporting client-facing environments
✔ Able to work Saturdays
✔ Legally eligible to work in Canada

Role Responsibilities

As our Daily Operations Manager, you will:

• Welcome clients and create a warm, boutique experience
• Oversee daily studio flow, schedules & room turnover
• Support staff communication and coordination
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Manage inventory, supplies, ordering & storage
• Model professionalism, respect, and maturity
• Ensure rooms and front desk stay organized and presentable
• Assist with client communications (texts, reminders, confirmations)
• Support sales: memberships, retail items, and add-on services
• De-escalate concerns or questions with calm professionalism.
• Keep daily logs, cleaning checklists & protocol standards updated Who Will Thrive in This Role
