Pay $48,000 - 52,000 plus incentives Duties Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Coordinate repair schedule with customers and shop Manage inventory levels through effective stock control, purchasing, merchandising, and stock replenishment strategies Conduct interviewing processes for new hires, ensuring the recruitment of qualified candidates with relevant retail experience Monitor operational compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements Experience Proven management experience in running a truck repair shop, wholesale of commercial tires, and customer contact to bring in more sales operations with supervisory responsibilities Extensive knowledge of retail industry sales team management, including shift management and retail math calculations Strong background in inventory management, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures Demonstrated ability in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and operational management to optimize shop performance Excellent communication skills with experience in managerial communication and leadership development Join us as an Operations Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and elevate our retail experience.
