Salary: $1,000–$1,500/month

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and self-sufficient Operations Manager to join the team. This person will oversee the end-to-end logistics of trip planning and execution, manage vendor relationships, streamline systems, and handle customer communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, a great communicator, and ideally has prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics for 25–35 international group trips per year
   
• Communicate with and manage 25–30 global vendors and service providers
   
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for trips
   
• Handle customer communication before and during trips
   
• Optimize operational systems and introduce new tools/automations as needed
   
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and improve planning processes
   
• Support booking and travel tools including SquadTrip, ManyChat, and Lark

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in operations, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry
   
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
   
• Strong problem-solving ability and independent work ethic
   
• Proven experience working with tools such as Airtable, Notion, Zapier, or similar
   
• Comfortable with vendor negotiation and customer service
   
• Tech-savvy and interested in streamlining workflows
   
• Able to manage multiple timelines and prioritize tasks effectively
