Operations Manager
Trinus CorporationRequired ● 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, service logistics, distribution center, or supply chain support ● Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools — SAP experience strongly preferred (MMBE, VL03N, SE16, LX02, IQ09, MB1A) ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open tasks and priorities simultaneously ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with operational data sets ● Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to work on-site and engage directly with warehouse floor teams daily What You'll Be Doing Warehouse Floor Support & Execution ● Provide on-site daily support at the 3PL warehouse, serving as an operational extension of the Program Manager ● Follow up with warehouse supervisors and team leads to drive completion of open action items and same-day priorities ● Support implementation and monitoring of new processes on the floor, including new inbound receiving lanes and GR volume initiatives ● Track floor-level deliverables and report status back to the Program Manager with clear context on what is open and what is at risk Escalation Support & Issue Resolution ● Triage same-day operational issues and escalations — assess priority, engage the right resources, and confirm resolution ● Monitor open non-conformance (NC) cases and follow up with warehouse and RMA teams to drive closure ● Support coordination between the warehouse, RMA Support, IT, and customer-facing teams on exception handling ● Maintain organized visibility of open items, owners, and status for internal and external partners Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
