Role Description:
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Client facility in Williams, CA. This role oversees daily plant operations, including monitoring power generation, ensuring equipment reliability, and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize uptime and efficiency. The Operations Manager leads and schedules operations staff, provides coaching and performance feedback, and promotes a strong safety culture in line with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include tracking key performance indicators, managing operating procedures, supporting outage planning, and collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and environmental teams. The role also involves reporting operational metrics, assisting with budgeting and resource planning, and implementing process improvements to enhance plant performance and compliance.
