Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Fashion & Handbag Wholesale About Us We are a growing handbag wholesale business looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to oversee daily operations, coordinate with Chinese suppliers, and support graphic design and product development. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, has experience managing business operations, and possesses practical graphic design skills. Responsibilities Manage daily business operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination. Coordinate purchasing, production schedules, and product deliveries with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers. Communicate professionally with suppliers in Mandarin Chinese and English. Maintain accurate product information, pricing, purchase orders, and inventory records. Use Microsoft Excel to organize product data, track orders, and prepare reports. Create and edit product photos, catalogs, line sheets, and marketing materials. Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software for graphic design and image editing. Maintain product listings, SKU numbers, descriptions, and images on the company website and wholesale platforms. Assist with product development, packaging, labels, and promotional materials. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and product presentation. Qualifications Previous experience in operations management, business operations, or a similar position. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Experience in fashion, handbags, accessories, or wholesale distribution is a plus. Experience communicating with overseas manufacturers is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing orders and inventory, communicating with Chinese suppliers, and creating professional product images and marketing materials.
