Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>

Operational management and process optimization
<\/div>

<\/div>
• Supervise and coordinate logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, order picking, shipping).
<\/div>
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and quality.
<\/div>
• Ensure deadlines and contractual commitments are met.
<\/div>
• Collaborate with internal departments (purchasing, production, transportation) to streamline the supply chain.
<\/div>

Team leadership and management
<\/div>

<\/div>
1. Lead and motivate supervisors and floor teams.
<\/div>
2. Support skills development through training and coaching.
<\/div>
3. Set and track individual and team objectives.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Client relations and coordination
<\/div>

<\/div>
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on logistics matters.
<\/div>
• Lead follow -up meetings with clients.
<\/div>
• Manage incidents and logistical adjustments in coordination with internal teams.
<\/div>

<\/div>

<\/div>
Continuous improvement and digital transformation
<\/div>

<\/div>
• Identify and implement process optimization initiatives.
<\/div>
• Participate in integrating digital tools (WMS, ERP, automation).
<\/div>

<\/div>
Safety, compliance, and quality
<\/div>

<\/div>
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
<\/div>
• Maintain adherence to internal procedures and certifications (ISO, etc.).
<\/div>
• Participate in audits and implement required corrective actions.
<\/div>

<\/div>
What you will need to succeed:<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>

<\/div>
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
<\/div>
• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations management, including initial team -management experience.
<\/div>
• Strong knowledge of transportation, logistics, and 3PL operations.
<\/div>
• Understanding of legal frameworks and regulations related to transportation and warehousing.
<\/div>
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is an asset.
<\/div>
• Strong proficiency with computer tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
<\/div>
• Proficiency with logistics management systems (WMS, ERP).
<\/div>
• Bilingual in French and English, required to effectively communicate with clients, external partners, and certain team members in both languages.
<\/div>
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
<\/div>
• Strong analytical skills, leadership, and results -oriented mindset.
<\/div>
• Initiative, autonomy, and professional rigor.
<\/div>
