Operations Manager

Overview About Us Paradise Precast is a precast concrete manufacturer in Naples, Florida. We produce concrete seawall panels and prestressed pilings for coastal and marine construction projects across Southwest Florida. The Role We're looking for an organized, tech-comfortable Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations at our plant. You'll report directly to the Owner and COO and oversee two production crews of five, each with its own crew lead. This is primarily an office-based leadership role, with about 1-2 hours a day spent on the plant floor and in the yard checking on crews, production, and quality. What You'll Do ● Lead and support two production crews and their crew leads ● Plan and manage production schedules for seawall panels and prestressed pilings ● Coordinate deliveries and trucking with customers and contractors ● Handle procurement, including rebar, strand, cement, and other materials; manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing ● Track budgets, costs, and inventory ● Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation ● Enforce safety practices and maintain a safe work environment ● Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs ● Communicate with customers on orders, timelines, and issues ● Use scheduling software, Excel, and our internal web-based systems to keep operations running smoothly ● Serve as the go-to person for anything operations-related What We're Looking For Required ● Strong computer skills, including Excel, scheduling tools, and comfort learning new software ● Excellent organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities ● Clear communication with crews, vendors, and customers Preferred ● Bilingual (English/Spanish) ● Experience in precast, concrete, construction, or manufacturing operations ● Supervisory or crew management experience ● Familiarity with prestressed concrete production Compensation & Benefits ● $79,000 - $81,000/year base salary ● Health insurance ● Paid time off (PTO) ● Paid holidays ● 401(k) ● Company phone Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM How to Apply Submit your resume through this job listing.
