Operations Manager

In this role, you will oversee daily store functions, manage teams, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential. Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Manage payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity. Implement effective sales management techniques to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and store policies. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and partners. Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Proven experience in retail management, including supervising teams, managing budgets, and overseeing sales operations. Excellent communication skills for training staff, conducting interviews, and engaging with customers professionally via phone etiquette. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising software, bookkeeping tools, and basic math for accurate financial handling.
