Job Overview About the Role: We operate a high-touch vehicle care, fleet staging, and planeside concierge delivery service catering to high-net-worth individuals, corporate flight departments, and executive private aviation arrivals. We are seeking an operational Logistics Manager to run day-to-day dispatch, direct on-site crews across concurrent detailing tasks, maintain company administrative systems, and guarantee flawless client hospitality. Our operation is powered by a state-of-the-art fleet management system designed for ease of use by both our guests and internal team. You will leverage this cutting-edge platform to coordinate real-time staging, reservation check-ins, automated status tracking, and dispatch. Top Priority: Making sure every guest is taken care of with white-glove attentiveness while strictly adhering to all Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) and airport authority regulations on the apron and ramp. Key Responsibilities: Guest Care & Aviation Protocol: Greet and attend to arriving guests with elite customer service; direct and execute planeside vehicle delivery within a strict 3-minute window of aircraft touchdown; strictly enforce all airport authority, FBO, and ramp safety rules. Modern Fleet Tech & Administration: Master and operate our state-of-the-art fleet management system to track vehicle statuses, digital check-ins, customer records, and shift schedules. Crew Leadership & Quality Control: Supervise 2–5 person detailing and valet crews across simultaneous paint correction, wash, and interior restoration assignments; perform final quality audits before client handoff; ensure newer team members are never left unsupervised in active aircraft movement areas. Facility & Inventory Logistics: Manage supply levels, chemical inventories, and specialized equipment maintenance; maintain transparent digital shift logs and service receipts. Requirements & Qualifications: Leadership Track Record: 2+ years supervising teams in logistics, fleet management, luxury valet, high-end hospitality, or aviation ramp support. Regulatory Compliance & Tech: Comfort learning and managing modern dispatch/fleet software; ability to strictly follow airport authority safety regulations and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) standards. Uncompromising Professional Standards: Flawless personal grooming, hygiene, articulate communication, and uniform presentation suited for executive clients and private terminals. Background Check & MVR Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check and maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for private airport ramp badging and escort clearance.
