Driver, Logistics & Operations Associate Location: San Carlos, CA (with deliveries to Mountain View & Burlingame) Schedule: Early morning shift starting at 6:00 AM (includes weekends and holidays) About Maison Alyzee At Maison Alyzee, we are a unique, expanding French Fine Pastry boutique and bakery in the Bay Area. The Role Are you looking for a dynamic role that combines driving, operations, and customer service? We are seeking a reliable, proactive Driver & Operations Associate to act as our Brand Ambassador. You will split your time between making critical early-morning "milk runs" from our San Carlos commissary kitchen to our two beautiful boutiques, managing corporate deliveries, and providing vital hands-on operational support to our pastry and front-of-house teams. Key Responsibilities Morning Deliveries (6:00 AM – 8:00 AM): Securely and safely transport delicate pastries, cakes, and breads from our San Carlos kitchen to our Mountain View and Burlingame boutiques. Corporate Brand Ambassador: Manage morning corporate customer deliveries starting at 7:30 AM, assisting with setup and providing product information with a warm, professional attitude. Kitchen & Operations Support: Support the pastry team at our San Carlos facility during downtime, assisting with cleaning, maintenance, and organization. Logistics & Inventory: Efficiently execute logistics tasks, track and manage non-food inventory, and handle stock replenishment. Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines (OSHA, HACCP, and Department of Public Health). What We Are Looking For Experience: 1–2 years of experience in logistics, driving, or a similar field is highly preferred. Experience in food retail or coffee shops is a plus. Driving Credentials: A valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record, with a commitment to safe, careful driving. Reliability & Schedule Flexibility: Ability to consistently start at 6:00 AM, including weekends and holidays. Problem Solvers: A strong sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. Physical Ability: Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 35 lbs. Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
