Operations & Logistics Coordinator - US Market
CAJOUAbout us Maison Lecomte Flament (MLF) and Cajou Paris are two French lifestyle brands growing rapidly in the US market. We design premium scarves, accessories, loungewear with a distinct European aesthetic — and we're looking for people to join our US operations hub right here in Charlotte, NC. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a small, passionate team and play a central role in shaping how our US logistics operate from day one. What you'll do • Process and fulfill daily orders (B2C e-commerce and B2B wholesale), from picking to packing to shipment • Manage packaging quality and presentation — our products are premium and brand standards matter • Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx) and proactively track deliveries • Maintain accurate inventory records, receive incoming stock, and keep the warehouse organized • Help design and improve operational processes as we scale • Support the onboarding of new brands into our logistics workflow Who you are • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable — you take ownership and follow through • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment • Hands-on mindset: equally at ease doing the work and improving how it's done • Fluent in English; French is a plus but absolutely not required • Experience with Shopify or other logistics/WMS tools is a bonus — full training provided What we offer • Full-time W-2 position, Monday–Friday • Paid time off • A genuine opportunity to grow with the company • Be part of building something from the ground up — your impact will be real and visible *To apply, please send your resume and a brief note about your logistics experience to: tina@cajouparis.com * Work Location: In person Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
