Operations & Logistics Coordinator Direct Fitness Solutions – Mundelein, IL Full-Time | In-Office Job Description Direct Fitness Solutions is looking for a motivated, organized individual to join our growing operations team. This position will help coordinate customer orders, equipment deliveries, installation schedules, and communication between our sales team, warehouse, and manufacturers. Responsibilities · Process and track customer orders. · Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules. · Communicate with warehouse staff, vendors, and sales representatives. · Monitor shipments, backorders, and delivery timelines. · Maintain accurate order records and project updates. · Assist with day-to-day operational challenges. Qualifications · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and computer systems. · Ability to multitask and manage priorities. · Some experience in logistics, scheduling, order processing, or administrative support preferred. · Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
