We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations & Logistics Assistant to support our Technical Services Team. Initially this role is responsible for accurately processing orders, supporting customer inquiries, and coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless order creation and fulfillment. 

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for learning. Over time, the role will evolve to provide broader support to Logistics and Technical Service functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring all data is complete and correct. 
  • Assist in verifying service details such as pricing, shipment data, and order specifications in coordination with internal and external partners. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Logistics, Technical Services) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution. 
  • Support account servicing activities by maintaining accurate records and assisting with transaction tracking and reporting. 
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies or customer issues, escalating when necessary. 
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure data integrity across systems. 
  • Utilize internal databases and tools to track activity and generate reports. 
  • Leverage AI tools and automation where appropriate to improve efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Continuously learn processes and systems to support future involvement in logistics coordination and technical service support. 
Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). 
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Exceptional computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn new systems. 
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools and digital automation platforms. 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
