Operations & Logistics Assistant Pop & Sons Essential Services LLC. Part-Time | NY CT Tri-State $135–$225 per day depending on assignment We’re looking for a dependable, versatile Operations & Logistics Assistant to support the day-to-day movement behind Pop & Sons projects. This is a broad support role, but it is not meant to put every responsibility on one person. You’ll work alongside leadership and assist where needed across logistics, events, organization, errands, digital tasks, and general operations. Some days may involve route support or pickups. Other days may involve helping with an event, assisting with a pop-up, organizing materials, updating social media, handling errands, or supporting basic website tasks. The right person is adaptable, organized, reliable, and comfortable being in all the right rooms. What You’ll Do Assist with local delivery and courier assignments Support pickups, drop-offs, and route work Help with event and pop-up setup/breakdown Assist with equipment, supplies, inventory, and materials Support moving, clean-outs, and space-optimization projects Help with Instagram, TikTok, stories, posts, and basic content support Assist with simple website updates and online business tasks Run business errands as needed Help coordinate vendors, clients, partners, and assignments Assist with scheduling, organization, and general operational support Travel throughout Fairfield County, Westchester County, NYC, and surrounding NY/CT areas as assignments require Step into miscellaneous field assignments when extra support is needed Service Area Regular assignments may include: Stamford Greenwich Norwalk Fairfield County New Rochelle Yonkers Westchester County NYC Some assignments may extend elsewhere throughout the NY CT Tri-State area. New Haven-area work may occasionally be available, but is not a regular requirement. What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Valid driver’s license Comfortable driving throughout NY and CT Working smartphone Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and social media Basic computer and website skills Comfortable with hands-on work Strong communication skills Able to work independently when needed Good judgment and problem-solving ability Flexible and willing to learn Comfortable working across different environments and assignments Compensation $135–$225 per day, depending on the assignment, scope, travel, duration, and level of responsibility. Transportation A company vehicle may be provided for specific assignments when needed. Growth Opportunity Strong performers may be considered for promotion to Operations & Logistics Coordinator after demonstrating a consistent track record of reliability, professionalism, good judgment, availability, and successful completion of assignments. Promotion is based on performance and consistency, not simply the amount of calendar time that has passed.
