Job Overview The Operations Lead supports the facility’s daily operations through team leadership, inventory management, facility upkeep, and league coordination. This hands-on role works closely with the Director of Operations and helps keep activities organized, spaces clean, and the facility ready for staff and visitors. Responsibilities Lead and support team members during daily operations. Manage inventory and help maintain organized supplies. Keep facility spaces clean, orderly, and ready for use. Coordinate and run leagues, supporting smooth activities. Assist the Director of Operations wherever needed.
