Operations Lead

Overview Elevation Agronomy, LLC is seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Lead to oversee and optimize fertilizer plant operations, logistics operations, and inventory control. In this pivotal role, you will drive process improvements, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless daily operations. Responsibilities Lead daily plant operations, including shipping & receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Oversee the operation of plant equipment and other material handling equipement. Coordinate logistics with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize distribution workflows and delivery schedules. Manage inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies, prevent stockouts or overstock situations Qualifications Proven experience in plant operations or warehouse supervisor roles within agriculture or similar environments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively Ability to operate material handling equipment with mechanical knowledge of plant machinery.
