Operations & Inventory Manager

Vroom Motors is looking for a driven Operations & Inventory Manager who takes full ownership of the daily flow at our independent dealership. You'll be the person who makes sure every vehicle gets tracked, prepped, posted, and sales-ready — fast and without excuses. This is not a passive desk job. You'll own the process from the moment a car hits the lot to the moment it's live and ready to sell. What you'll own Full day-to-day operations of the lot and inventory pipeline Tracking every vehicle in real time so nothing falls through the cracks Getting cars fully prepped, detailed, photographed, and posted online quickly and accurately Coordinating recon, detail, and sales so vehicles move without delay Keeping inventory systems clean and current every single day Identifying bottlenecks early and fixing them before they cost us time or money Maintaining high standards on vehicle readiness and lot presentation What we're looking for Required: Extremely organized and detail-oriented under pressure Comfortable taking ownership and driving results without constant supervision Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strongly Preferred: Prior experience at a car dealership (independent preferred) Direct experience managing inventory, vehicle prep, or dealership operations Proven track record of keeping cars turning quickly What we offer Competitive pay: $20 – $30 per hour based on skill and performance Real ownership of inventory and daily operations A fast-paced environment where strong performers stand out Opportunity to grow with a busy independent dealership About Vroom Motors We're an independent dealership focused on clean inventory, quick turns, and tight daily operations.
