Operations & Inventory Coordinator A1 Tire Distributors | Canton, Ohio | Full-Time About the Role A1 Tire Distributors is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Coordinator to keep our shop running smoothly. This person will manage inventory and ordering, prepare customer quotes, and handle invoicing in QuickBooks. It's a hands-on role that works directly with the owner and has a real impact on day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Keep the tire shop and warehouse clean, organized, and efficient, with product clearly labeled and easy to find Track and manage tire inventory, including regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers to keep popular sizes and brands available Receive incoming shipments and verify them against purchase orders Prepare accurate, timely price quotes for customers Create and send customer invoices in QuickBooks and keep billing records accurate Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability Report to the owner on inventory, ordering needs, and operational issues Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with computers and learning new software Good communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Able to lift and move tires and work in a warehouse setting Preferred Experience in tire sales or the automotive industry Warehouse or inventory management experience Working knowledge of QuickBooks Benefits Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Other ancillary benefits Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Bonus incentives Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime available Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
