Operations & Inventory Analyst

Overview As an Operations & Inventory Analyst, you’ll turn inventory and supply chain data into clear actions that support reliable warehouse operations. You’ll analyze stock levels, demand, purchasing, pricing, and logistics, then work across teams and with suppliers to improve availability and control. Your impact: Accurate analysis and timely inventory decisions help warehouse and merchandising teams fulfill orders and serve customers more reliably. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations and coordinate with warehouse teams across multiple locations. Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock movements, and identify potential shortages or discrepancies. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports. Analyze inventory trends, customer forecasts, and product usage to support purchasing and production planning. Track incoming and outgoing shipments, purchase orders, and inventory transfers. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory records and timely order fulfillment. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and inventory processes. Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed. Requirements Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must , including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, formulas, and data analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to organize and analyze large datasets. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work independently. Experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
