Job Description:

Develops and implements large-scale operational initiatives to enhance practice effectiveness. Collaborates with practice leaders, executive leadership, and various departments to build operationally feasible plans. Guides leaders in change management to ensure successful and sustained implementation of processes and projects. Coordinates with training teams to develop comprehensive materials focused on execution, service, and workflows. Analyzes performance data to identify areas of focus and measure success. Identifies champions and leaders to implement pilot programs for new initiatives. Defines success metrics at the start of pilots and collects baseline data. Collects and analyzes data post-pilot to ensure goals are met and makes necessary adjustments. Ensures practice managers and directors are prepared to complete the change management process for all initiatives. Acts as the primary contact between practice leaders and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration. Oversees the development of practical workflows within practices to improve efficiency. Participates in strategic planning and program development to support the Primary Care Network. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, practice operations, clinical operations, medical assistant and front desk workflow, medical information. [Required]
• Exceptional change management skills, and ability to assess readiness within a practice manager to help them drive change management required [Required]
• Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and displaying metrics and goals [Required]
• Ability to communicate and present to all levels and audiences in the organization including, front line staff, physicians and APPs, Directors, and Executives [Required]
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills [Required]
• Exceptional project management skills [Required]
• Time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities [Required]
• Ability to handle stress well [Required]
• High degree of proficiency with Epic EHR, Microsoft office products including advanced capability in PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel. [Required]
• Experience leading team members and groups [Required]

Education:
• Associate [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• degree in business, healthcare or related field and two years’ medical group practice operations experience
• degree and five years’ medical group practice operations
• 10 years’ experience in medical group practice operations

Work Experience:
• Process improvement experience in the healthcare environment [Preferred]
• Project management experience [Preferred]
