About The Role As a International Operations Coordinator, you will oversee and facilitate the day-to-day operations of the entire supply chain process. You will join a dedicated team of professionals that tackle the movement of goods throughout the world by both air and ocean. You will interact with clients, carrier partners, custom brokerage firms, and other stakeholders as part of this function, handling customer support and manage the lifecycle of a shipment. On a Given Day, You Will Schedule and coordinate import or export shipments Prepare all necessary documentation Ensures shipping compliance with country regulations Liaise with customers, carrier partners, and other departments to coordinate the shipment Track and monitor goods to confirm appointments, arrival, and delivery status Negotiate with vendors to obtain best contracted pricing Make special shipping arrangements as necessary Complete billing related to shipment file Perform quality assurance checks on goods before and after shipment Keep updated records and database Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and service requests Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work autonomously or collaborate with others as needed Excellent record-keeping and coordination abilities Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach Additional Assets Currently working in Supply Chain and Logistics Degree or Industry Designation Some Of The Perks Of You Working Here A diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where teammates are empowered to bring ideas to the table and act upon them Opportunities for advancement - We aim to challenge you, help you cultivate a sense of purpose, and seize opportunities as they arise The flexibility to work from anywhere!
