About the Role Enclosure is hiring an Operations Generalist to build and run the operational backbone of a fast-moving company. You'll own the systems, processes, and infrastructure that let the team stay focused on the mission. You'll also own the urgent, cross-functional problems that don't have a home, driving them through every function, vendor, and counterparty required to close them out, and not letting go until it's done. This role touches nearly every part of the company: recruiting, finance, legal, vendor management, internal systems, events, and the steady cadence that keeps a company running. We care less about degrees and more about a track record of ownership, resourcefulness, grit, and a refusal to let things fall through the cracks. Requirements You'll thrive here if you have deep experience in multiple of the following: Taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems end-to-end; coordinating across functions, vendors, and counterparties until they close cleanly Unblocking a team relentlessly by finding whatever's in the way of someone shipping (a contract, an approval, a vendor, a missing piece of information) and clearing it Running the recurring operational cadence of meetings, reports, and reviews Building the internal systems, tooling, and documentation Navigating ambiguity in high-stakes operational environments Some of the areas of specialization that would be applicable in this role are: Owning vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement Partnering closely with accounting, finance, and legal Organizing offsites, team events, and conference logistics with high attention to detail Building and scaling a recruiting function from scratch, from sourcing pipelines through offer close Setting up benefits, PEO/EOR, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle systems a growing team needs What Sets You Apart We're especially excited if you: Have a track record of being the person colleagues escalate to when something has to get done and there's no clear path Demonstrate strong judgment in the systems and processes you've built Get energized by hard problems, broken systems, and the work of figuring them out Are highly adaptive and comfortable with how fast the frontier shifts Communicate with clarity and directness Bring a humble, low-ego attitude and care deeply about helping the team win Why Join Enclosure is securing the path to superintelligence.
