Key Responsibilities: Prepare, assemble, configure, label, package, and ship POS hardware and accessories accurately and on time. Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels, serial numbers, assets, and reporting low-stock items. Assist with hardware purchasing by researching new hardware solutions, coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotes, and collaborating with the Product team on new equipment needs. Reconcile hardware sales, shipments, inventory records, and support cycle counts, inventory audits, and asset management. Coordinate RMAs, warranty replacements, repairs, and returned equipment to ensure timely resolution. Prepare and stage hardware for customer deployments, internal projects, and company initiatives. Pack, ship, and maintain marketing materials, demo equipment, and trade show assets, while assisting with event logistics and on-site setup/teardown as needed. Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure hardware and operational needs are met. Assist with warehouse organization, process improvements, and special operational projects to improve efficiency. Perform basic hardware setup, quality checks, and testing while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Safely lift, move, and transport boxes, hardware, and supplies as required (up to approximately 50 lbs). Support additional operational, logistics, and administrative tasks as assigned. Travel up to 10–20% to support trade shows, customer events, and other company initiatives, including transporting, setting up, and managing hardware and marketing equipment.
