Operations & Fulfillment Assistant

The Mini Axe is a music-focused retail brand, and we’re looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on person to help with our day-to-day operations. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, getting things done, and working in a creative, music-oriented environment. You’ll assist with everything from preparing and shipping customer orders to spreadsheets, inventory, filing, and general office organization. Responsibilities Prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders Receive and organize incoming products and supplies Assist with inventory organization and tracking Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets Perform general office and administrative tasks Organize paperwork, files, products, and work areas Help maintain an efficient and orderly workspace Assist with miscellaneous projects and day-to-day needs of the business Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and responsible Highly organized with strong attention to detail Neat and able to maintain an orderly workspace Comfortable working independently and taking initiative General computer knowledge and confidence using common software Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Comfortable learning new software and systems Able to accurately follow instructions and established procedures Music & Guitar Knowledge Mini Axe is a music-focused brand, so an interest in music, guitars, guitar gear, or the music industry is strongly preferred . You don’t need to be a professional musician, but familiarity with guitars and music-related products would be a definite plus. We value someone who notices when something is out of place, stays ahead of tasks, and doesn’t need to be constantly reminded what needs to get done.
