Operations Executive RONDO FOOD AMERICA, LLC Location: Remote, preferably located in the Chicagoland Area and Surrounding Suburbs OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate the logistics operations of our pet treat manufacturing company. Retailer compliance and EDI: Process orders through SPS Commerce and customer portals; ensure ASNs, shipping documents, labels, and invoices meet customer requirements and deadlines. Transportation and appointments: Schedule pickups and delivery appointments, coordinate with carriers and warehouses, track shipments, and resolve delays or missed pickups. Issue resolution: Investigate shortages, damages, shipping discrepancies, and delivery issues; obtain supporting documents and assist with claims and chargebacks. This pivotal role also involves managing outbound logistics, processing orders, collaborating with warehouses, invoicing customers, utilizing ERP systems effectively, and providing direct support to the VP of Operations and Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of our business operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Logistics Coordination:** Manage and optimize outbound logistics processes to ensure timely delivery products to our customers. - **Order Processing:** Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt fulfillment. - **Warehouse Collaboration:** Coordinate closely with warehouses to oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and order dispatch. - **Invoicing and Billing:** Generate invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with billing procedures and customer requirements. - **ERP System Management:** Utilize the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) to streamline operations, manage inventory levels, and track shipments. - **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team with general inquiries regarding customer orders and shipments as needed. - **Operational Support:** Provide comprehensive support to the VP of Operations in various operational tasks, including reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets; utilize formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and IF statements; and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting. - **Experience:** Looking for relevant experience in operations management, logistics coordination, or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry. - **Skills:** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
