Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities Shipment Management: Ensure that international shipments are processed and tracked in accordance with customs regulations and documentation requirements. Collaborate with international agents and associates to guarantee the secure and timely delivery of shipments. Proactively address potential delays or issues, monitor shipment progress, and keep customers informed. Maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness by optimizing delivery routes and schedules. Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by promptly updating customers on the status of their shipments, resolving complaints, and responding to inquiries. Establish and sustain robust relationships with consumers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Identify and address customer requirements in a proactive manner to improve satisfaction. Documentation and Compliance: Generate and execute shipping documents, such as invoices, packing orders, and customs declarations. Guarantee adherence to all pertinent international commerce regulations and laws. Ensure that consumer interactions and shipments are accurately documented. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in a comparable position within the logistics or express delivery sector, with an emphasis on international shipments. Strong comprehension of shipping documentation, customs regulations, and international commerce. Customs Broker License as a great plus.
