如果你数据能力强且愿意深耕调度业务，欢迎加我微信：A13713624509 务必附上备注：姓名+indeed 工作时间：10AM-18:30PM 岗位职责 1. 收集、整理并校验物流运营与调度数据（车次、车辆状态、完成情况、异常记录），使用 Excel 及数据报表工具维护调度台账与排班表； 2. 对接卡车公司沟通调度安排，依据干线 / 城配 / Hub 等不同线路的货量约车，确认车辆数量、车型与到岗时间； 3. 维护多线路卡车排班表，跟踪车辆在途与准时到达 / 交付情况，及时反馈延误、缺车等异常并协调处理； 4. 统计准时率、车辆利用率等调度指标，结合货量与运力优化排班，协助控制运输成本。 任职要求 1. 具备在美国合法工作资质（SSN / 工作授权）； 2. 性格开朗、擅长沟通，英语口语优秀，能直接与卡车公司电话对接； 3. 做事细心有条理，具备多任务并行能力，可同时跟进多条线路、多个车次； 4. 优先录用：有干线运输、城配配送或 Hub 调度经验，以及多线路、多运力场景数据管理经验者；若无专职调度经验，具备物流公司相关工作经验亦可考虑； 5. 具备一定数据处理能力，能熟练使用 Excel 及各类数据 / 报表工具；理解调度业务逻辑；数据分析、统计等相关专业背景、数据能力强且愿意深耕调度业务者亦可培养。 Responsibilities 1. Collect, organize and verify operations and dispatching data (loads, vehicle status, completion records, exceptions); maintain dispatching trackers and the truck schedule using Excel and reporting tools. 2. Coordinate with truck carriers on dispatching; secure trucks by freight volume across linehaul, last-mile and Hub lanes; confirm vehicle count, equipment type and arrival time. 3. Maintain the multi-lane truck schedule; track trucks in transit and on-time arrival/delivery; escalate vehicle shortages, delays and exceptions for resolution. 4. Track KPIs such as on-time rate and utilization; optimize scheduling based on volume and capacity to help control transportation cost. Requirements 1. Eligible to work legally in the U.S. (SSN / work authorization). 2. Outgoing, strong communicator with excellent spoken English for direct phone contact with truck carriers. 3. Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask across multiple lanes and loads at the same time. 4. Preferred: experience in linehaul, last-mile or Hub dispatching, and data management across multiple lanes and capacity resources; candidates without dedicated dispatch experience but with logistics company experience may also be considered. 5. Data-capable: comfortable with Excel and data/reporting tools, with a solid understanding of dispatch operations; candidates with a data analytics or statistics background who are willing to build deep dispatch knowledge are welcome.
