• Dispatch Operation and coordinate freight movements, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, handle calls professionally, and communicate updates across teams.
• Enter and review dispatch, shipment, and customer information; use analysis skills to identify and resolve scheduling or routing issues.
• Your impact: Accurate coordination helps drivers stay informed and helps customers receive clear, timely shipment updates.
Qualifications
• Strong communication, phone etiquette, organizational, typing, data entry, and customer service skills.
• Interest or experience in dispatching, logistics, supply chain, transportation planning, fleet management, or road transportation operations.
Pay: $250.00 - $400.00 per week
