• Assist unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Scan, sort, process, and document packages and returns
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate special cases
• Maintain organized, safe, hazard-free work areas
Requirements:
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
