Job Description Summary Position Objective: The Drone Solutions Operation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the drone rental and services business. This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales, logistics, and technical operations, ensuring drone equipment is properly maintained, prepared, shipped, supported, and returned. Position Duties & Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer leads and inquiries through C360. Coordinate rental orders, reservations, and customer communications. Perform equipment check-in/check-out inspections and documentation. Conduct equipment cleaning, inventory management, parts swaps, firmware updates, and readiness checks. Support damage assessments and billing documentation. Provide first-level technical support for drone equipment, software, batteries, and accessories. Coordinate escalations with manufacturer support teams when needed. Manage shipping and receiving activities using parcel and freight carriers. Prepare and process lithium-ion battery and dangerous goods shipments in accordance with applicable regulations. Maintain accurate inventory, service records, and asset tracking information. Support warehouse organization, staging, and continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education & Experience:: Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record history. High School diploma or GED Required FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate Required. Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment rental, logistics, technical support, warehouse operations, aviation, robotics or related fields. Business Management degree preferred with at least 1 to 4 year(s) of Rental Industry experience Base Pay Range: $21.38 - 29.39 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
