Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher

Role and responsibilities
• Manage daily moving operations and dispatching.
• Plan and coordinate driver routes.
• Coordinate local and long-distance moves.
• Understand logistics and route planning for destinations such as Calgary and Kelowna.
• Assign jobs, pickups and deliveries to drivers.

• Handle last-minute scheduling changes and difficult-to-fill routes.
• Ensure drivers and moving crews have clear instructions.
Candidate requirements
• Strong knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations.
• Excellent route-planning and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving jobs simultaneously.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional English communication and a Canadian-accent preference, if required for customer-facing communication.
• Open to applicants of all races and backgrounds.
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
