Purpose We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Operations Coordinator to join our Gastonia NC based warehouse team. This role is essential to ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments and parts orders. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (training provided if required). Process parts orders for clients globally and organize timely quoting and issuing of proforma invoices for payment. Book freight shipments and ensure dispatch is timely and in line with company direction and customer quoting. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or associate’s degree preferred. Forklift licence. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong computer skills required to utilize cloud-based inventory management systems (Cin7Core) and Office 365 applications. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse / parts environments. Demonstrated sound knowledge of parts procurement, supply and inventory control. Demonstrated sound knowledge of parts department / industry KPI’s. Experience in stock management and customer service. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
