About the Role
The operations Coordinator plays a central role in supporting productivity across all divisions at The Great Canadian Landscaping Company (GCLC). This position works directly with the Vice President and Division Managers (Construction, Maintenance, Enhancements, and Snow & Ice) to ensure our teams are properly scheduled, resourced, and prepared for daily production success.
This is not just an administrative role, it’s the operational control center of the company. You will help translate plans into organized daily action by coordinating schedules, equipment, job readiness, and real-time adjustments during peak seasons and snow events.
Our ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing structure to moving parts, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’re highly organized, decisive under pressure, and motivated by improving efficiency, this role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on company performance.
