Operations Coordinator

In this role, the Operations Coordinator requires effective communication in both Mandarin and English with customers, colleagues in China. You will review daily updates, identify errors or delays, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure efficient operations and high-quality warehousing and logistics services. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with warehouse personnel and cross-functional teams to track outstanding tasks, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion. Monitor inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, inventory discrepancies, repairs, and special projects. Identify problems and coordinate appropriate resolutions. Review and consolidate information from WeCom, email, WMS, Excel, and other systems, translating updates into clear action items and follow-up plans. Maintain operational trackers, reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Support new customer initiatives and special projects involving logistics, repairs, product modifications, and other operational programs. Communicate updates, identify potential delays, and follow through on issues to support smooth daily operations. Qualifications and Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, production, manufacturing, or a related operational role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in using computers and office software; experience with Excel, warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, or inventory systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate next steps. Quick learner who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English for communicating with customers and colleagues in China. Work Environment: Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and weather conditions in and around the warehouse. Stand and walk for extended periods while performing daily operational tasks. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and twist as needed to complete job duties. Lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment as needed while following proper safety procedures.
