Operations Coordinator

Hanjin Intermodal America is the U.S. subsidiary of Hanjin, one of South Korea's leading logistics companies. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Dallas team as a Logistics Operations Coordinator. No prior logistics experience is required. We welcome both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals who are eager to learn and grow with our company. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily air and ocean import/export freight forwarding operations. Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules with customers and logistics partners. Prepare and manage shipping documents and operational records. Communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations. Use internal systems to track shipments and support daily operations. Qualifications: Entry-level candidates are welcome; logistics experience is a plus. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
