Role Description
The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the senior operations leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across multiple departments. This role supports the VP of Operations for Source-to-Home, Senior Director of Hospital Operations, Director of Community Medicine Operations, Senior Director of Facilities & Supply Chain Operations, and VP of Information Technology. The Operations Coordinator manages scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination of cross-departmental activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The starting salary for this position depends on the depth and breadth of experience. The expected range is $28.50 - $31.00 per hour. Regular, full-time positions are eligible for a benefits package including:
