Title: Commodities Operations Most commodities ops seats give you one slice of the trade. This one gives you all of it. Riva Recruiting is partnering with a global investment firm that is scaling its commodities business and adding to its Houston operations team. This team sits at the center of the trade: futures, options, OTC and physical, from capture to settlement. What you’ll own The full post-trade lifecycle: validation, affirmation, settlement and reconciliation across listed, OTC and physical Daily position and cash recs, plus same-day exception management Option exercises, assignments and expiries Onboarding new counterparties and exchanges as the business grows Process and system improvements. You’ll be expected to make things better, not just keep them running. What you bring 3-8 years in commodities middle office, trade support or operations Hands-on experience with exchange-traded and OTC commodities. Exposure to physical, warehouse or environmental products is a big plus.
