Initial interviews will be conducted in person at the Adecco office in Fort Collins.Position OverviewThe Purchasing Agent I is responsible for supporting day-to-day procurement activities and ensuring the timely purchase and delivery of materials, supplies, hardware, and outside processing services needed to support manufacturing operations.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely mannerEnsure purchase orders are placed, tracked, and delivered on scheduleMonitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationshipsFollow up on past-due orders and critical shortagesCommunicate supply issues, shortages, and potential delays to leadership and cross-functional teamsMonitor inventory levels and supplier order requirements to prevent shortages and excess inventoryAssist with cost analysis and supplier negotiationsMaintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and transaction data within procurement systemsSupport continuous material flow for manufacturing operationsHelp achieve the best quality, value, and service from suppliersQualificationsRequired:Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExperience using purchasing, E
