Operations Associate - Sports Equipment Distribution

Title: Operations Associate – Sports Equipment Distribution TCA Team is a sports distribution company that focuses on providing premium products to athletic organizations to enhance performance and life experiences. The Operations Associate position is responsible for supporting the order fulfillment process of the business. This includes but is not limited to sorting and packing orders, inventory management, quality control, operational projects and more. Salary/Benefits: Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 /hour Benefits - Paid Time Off, Health & Dental Plans, etc. Shift: Full Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. In-Office every day. Office Location: 17815 Davenport Rd. Dallas, Texas 75252 Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day order fulfillment process Inventory management - receive from vendors, process, organize and track physical inventory levels Quality control on all custom orders Monitor, maintain and organize the warehouse Evaluate the supply chain process to provide feedback on how to increase efficiency Assist warehouse management when needed, (will include some lifting of heavy boxes, and managing large items in the warehouse, etc.) Assist with all aspects of customer service Qualifications: Requirements: High School Diploma Strong Attention to Detail Communication skills Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) Driver's license Strong organizational skills Customer service skills Preferred: · Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis.
