Operations Associate - Inventory & Returns

As we continue expanding across North America through partnerships with leading retailers including Nordstrom and Dillard's, we're growing our Seattle operations team and looking for an Operations Associate - Inventory & Returns to help support our next stage of growth. This is not a traditional warehouse role. As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll work across inventory management, customer returns, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and operational projects that directly support our customers and retail partners. You'll have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the business and make a meaningful impact in a growing company. Whether your experience comes from retail operations, stockroom management, inventory control, returns processing, order fulfillment, eCommerce operations, reverse logistics, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As an Operations Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring products move accurately and efficiently through our Seattle operation. Responsibilities include: Receive, unload, scan, and shelve incoming inventory accurately Process customer and retail partner returns, including product inspection and inventory reconciliation Determine appropriate disposition of returned inventory, including restocking, damage identification, and reporting Pick, pack, and ship eCommerce and dropship orders with a high level of accuracy Support inventory counts, stock organization, and inventory accuracy initiatives Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory movement Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Assist with operational projects and process improvements as the business continues to grow Work closely with team members to support daily inventory, returns, and fulfillment priorities What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
