Operations Associate

Overview IMPORTANT!! This is a seasonsal position. This position may only exist for 4-6 Weeks. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Packaging & Fulfillment Associate to join our operations team. This role is responsible for preparing products for sale, maintaining accurate inventory, and packing and fulfilling orders according to strict internal protocols. This position requires a high level of accuracy, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Product Preparation & Packaging Label and package products Assist with product manufacturing as needed Prepare and package edible products as needed Inventory Management Stock and organize inventory according to internal systems Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy with tracking systems Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pack wholesale orders for shipment following company protocols Pack retail orders for shipment following company protocols Deliver local wholesale orders as needed Drop off shipments with designated couriers Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a repetitive, process-driven environment Comfortable standing for extended periods Ability to lift 50 lbs if required Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience Warehouse, packaging, or fulfillment experience Experience working in production or manufacturing environments Experience in regulated or compliance-focused industries is a plus Work Environment Fast-paced, structured workflow Repetitive tasks requiring focus and consistency Confidential and controlled operational environment How to Apply Please submit your application through Indeed.
