Operations Associate

Job Overview As an Operations Associate, you’ll support customer operations and AI data tasks, from client education, demonstration, and on site receiving and product outbound shipping. Your impact: Accurate inventory control and helpful customer service make products easier for customers. Duties Receiving/Outbound; support inventory management and inventory control. AI reinforcement learning tasks and training Help customers with product questions, apply product knowledge and provide clear communication. Perform routine maintenance tasks, follow safe lifting practices, and handle manual work, including heavy lifting. Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills, basic math, and a customer-focused approach. Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices. Experience in surgical instrument technology, warehouse operations, inventory management, sterile processing is helpful.
