Lensrentals was founded in 2006 by a Memphis native and gear collector to share his photographic knowledge. What began as a one-man operation in a spare bedroom has grown into the largest photography and videography equipment rental company in the United States. We are hiring entry-level Operations Associates for several of our teams. As an Operations Associate, you will work with different teams, including Fulfillment, Inspection, Receiving, and Post Sorting. The Fulfillment team is responsible for duties such as package handling, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, picking, sorting, packing, and shelving. Fulfillment is an important final step in the process of getting orders ready for our customers. Attention to detail and an ability to work quickly, efficiently, and under pressure are critical.
The Inspection team will be responsible for efficiently inspecting items such as cables, filters, batteries, and memory cards. Additionally, they will contribute to various aspects of our fulfillment operations, including package handling, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, and shelving.
