Operations Associate

Read's Uniforms is a North Carolina owned & rapidly growing company specializing primarily in public safety, medical, education, and hospitality uniforms. Our decoration and fulfillment center in Charlotte services our 23 retail stores and the public safety communities in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama. We are seeking an associate to help in order picking, shipping, stock organization, and different needs in the warehouse. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented critical thinker who has a good memory. He/she will be project minded, get satisfaction from completing tasks efficiently. The shift is 8-4:30 pm Monday-Friday, but there is flexibility based on need once training is completed. Overtime is sometimes offered and is seasonally required. Responsibilities Receive and inspect outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality. Process orders for shipment, packing, and labeling boxes. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet deadlines. Organizing stock as it comes in. Picking stock for orders. Receiving inventory and bagging orders.
